REST Solution’s journey began a decade ago. As time has flown by, we reflect with pride on the milestones that have shaped us—and we look ahead with ambition to the next 10 years, inspired by the vision of our leadership and the trust of our clients.
Inception

With that mission, REST Solution was founded by infrastructure expert Mathieu QUERE. From day one, we launched a 24/7 service to support our first clients with continuous IT infrastructures management — functioning as a seamless extension of their internal teams across all sites. Our aim was clear: We take care of your IT, you REST!
This led to the creation of REST Solution Philippines, our first major operational hub, supporting customers globally.
Early joiner of REST Solution, Vennel LLAGAS, now IT operations manager, recalls: “I still remember the early days when we wore many hats to overcome challenges. Looking back now, I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come—not just in our growth and milestones, but in the people we’ve become along the way. Today, REST Solution employs over 50 full-time professionals in the Philippines, across administrative roles, IT operations, and cybersecurity.
Global Expansion
As our client base grew internationally, so did the need for localized, high-performance support. In response, we expanded to better serve EMEA territory in 2023, and then the AMER in 2024, starting operations in Mauritius and Mexico. With these new hubs, REST Solution now operates in the three most dynamic economic zones: APAC (Asia-Pacific), EMEA (Europe-Middle East-Africa), and AMER (Americas).
Our global expansion is built on strategic partnerships with some of the world’s most innovative technology providers. We’ve also developed strong ties with local IT partners in strategic regions to deliver last-mile support.
We believe our global presence is a powerful differentiator. It enables us to provide a consolidated IT service to multinational organizations with remote support; while maintaining the local responsiveness our clients expect, leveraging 80 collaborators across 7 countries.
We believe REST Solution’s mix of global presence, agility of a mid-size player and dedication to customer service makes the perfect formula to deliver IT services adapted to international organizations of all sizes.
