REST Solution & DATABACK to Offer a Complete Incident Response Solution

REST Solution and DATABACK are pleased to announce their new partnership aimed at better serving customers affected by data loss incidents, particularly those resulting from cyberattacks.

“Building on our existing collaboration over the past few months, this synergy will greatly benefit our customers worldwide by offering a comprehensive solution for incident response and technical capacity for data recovery,” said Mathieu QUERE, CEO of REST Solution.

DATABACK, a French laboratory specializing in data processing and recovery, provides solutions for data recovery, notably following ransomware attacks. Their expertise spans all types of operating systems and configurations, and they handle various incidents, including flooding, fire, and electrical damage.

“Data encryption following an attack is one of the worst-case scenarios. When we operate in this context, our 20 years of experience and the tools we have developed internally allow us to recover almost 100% of the data 9 times out of 10.

The partnership with REST Solutions will enable us to offer this expertise to a greater number of organizations in a global context marked by an increase in the number of cyber attacks” explains Samuel Durand, Databack’s Managing Director.

“This solid expertise will enhance the services offered by REST Solution, to further ‘Bring Serenity to your IT’. While many of our customers engage us to secure and monitor their IT, we have observed a growing number of companies impacted by data corruption seeking recovery assistance,” concluded Mathieu QUERE.

In recent years, ransomware has become the most reported type of cyberattack, accounting for 68% of incidents in 2022 according to Statista. This trend underscores the necessity for companies like REST Solution and DATABACK to provide effective solutions.
